Caution: Being a tree seed, with some properties similar to those of nuts, Resyze is not recommended for individuals allergic to nuts.
The fruit Contains alkaloids. The nuts have 691calories, 7g water, 15.6g protein and 65.5g fat. They also contain 12g Carbohydrates, 3g ash, 80mg calcium, 200mg potassium, 2mg iron and 0.06mg thiamine.

The tree is grown in home gardens, naturalized and cultivated in Sri Lanka, southern India, Bangladesh, Amazon, West Indies, and Gulf Coast of United States.
It is native to Malaysia, Polynesia, Malay Peninsula, Philippines and South Seas Islands; now widely distributed worldwide.
